DELIVERY:
This is a pre-order of a book from a Kickstarter campaign for a book that is not yet printed and is till being created. The book will ship from the UK starting SEPTEMBER 2022
- LOST BOOKS: Lost items will be claimed back through Royal Mail and this may take between 1-2 months before we can then ship out a replacement and subject to stock availability.

DAMAGED BOOKS: we will do our utmost to replace any severely damaged books (rips, tears and severe bending) and will package books accordingly to minimise any potential issues. Your book should reach you in prime condition, if however it arrives in poor condition please contact us and depending on the severity of damage we will replace accordingly if we deem it necessary to do so and stocks are not depleted.
- RETURNS: all returns are at the cost of the consumer; we will accept no returns from 28 days after arrival.

We can’t replace ANY lost or severely damaged books after the 1st of Jan 2023. If you do not contact us before then with postal issues we cannot follow up after this date.

We cannot/ do not take any responsibility for any import charges or fees your respective Custom dept may charge you. We will post to international destinations and fill out the customs requirements per country to avoid additional charges your end, however any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the consumer. PLEASE take not of this when ordering to a country outside of the UK. It may be an unavoidable consequence depending on your local custom dept rules and decisions.

We hope all books to arrive before or by the 1st of DECEMBER 2022 the latest internationally but cannot guarantee this due to unpredictable and unforeseen delays during covid19.
- We have tried to compensate for postage expenses rising in the interim, some have already risen past the amounts on the Kickstarter however we reserve the right to invoice for large postal increases should they happen. We will do our best to avoid this.

How Long will it take to receive my book?
Shipping starts in Late April to May 2022 for all BackerKit pre-orders. It will take anywhere from 2-12 weeks form PUBLICATION depending on which part of the world you live in, how your postal service is operating and the efficiency of your ports and customs services during COVID 19 restrictions.

Will I have to pay customs charges?
We are shipping from the UK, whilst we will endeavour to make the customs process as smooth as possible we cannot control how each customs dept will deal with the package. Please be prepared that your countries customs may add taxes and charges that will be your responsibility to pay. We are sending everything as printed material and most countries class it as exempt. But any additional charges that may arise are the responsibility of the customer.

Why is postage so expensive?
Postage is expensive, that’s the reality. In the UK postage has risen past the amount we charged on our original kickstarter, it’s just the unfortunate reality of sending large packages internationally. We have done our best to keep it as close as possible to the amounts needed.

Is this TRULY the only chance to buy this book?
YES. We will never publish this volume of the book again. Any excess stock will be sold via our chosen stores. Once stock is depleted there will not be anymore copies of this volume in this format published.

Why will it take so long to receive the Vinyl record?
There is a worldwide shortage on pressing slots at every single vinyl pressing plant in the world, this has affected everyone from indie labels to Sony and Warner Bros, factories next available slots are AUGUST with a 6-8 month wait for delivery. There is no physical way to create copies before early next year. We will be sending everyone who purchases the vinyl record an MP3 after orders are locked.
WE anticipate shipping the Vinyl by December 2022 the latest but it could be as late as March 2023.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
